Garnish- garnish with a skewer of mango sprinkled with Tajin, your second charred jalapeño and a wheel of lime.Pour- pour into prepared cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.Shake - Add in tequila, lime juice, mango juice and shake very well, until chilled.Muddle well with the back of a wooden spoon or cocktail muddler. Muddle - In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add a few slices of charred jalapeño and a few chunks of fresh mango.Rim - Rim a cocktail glass with lime and dip in Tajin seasoning, set aside.Reserve one for garnish and slice the second removing the stem. Char - on the grill or over a flame on your stove-top, char jalapeños until blackened.Rim your cocktail glasses with lime or mango juice and then dip generously in the seasoning. Here at home you can buy Tajin which is a chili, lime and salt seasoning in most grocery stores.
